We offer a premium franchise operation in education and childcare, based upon the proven model of our flagship school established in 2014, located in the prestigious Angus Glen Community, Markham, Ontario.

We are focused on becoming a long-term anchor tenant in premium locations in new residential communities. Our brand will enhance retail centres in each location, while also delivering positive returns to retail property owners.

Basic Requirements:

• A ground-related building with zoning in place to permit daycare use
• Between 7,500 sq. ft up to 10,000 sq. ft., over one or two floors
• Critical elements are: a dedicated reception area, classrooms, washrooms, staff rooms and administration, kitchen
• Parking for staff and visitors; area for student drop-off
• Direct access to secure, outdoor play areas - ground related or rooftop

Timing:

• The sooner we can be involved, the better.
• Applications to the Ministry of Education for permits should be submitted as early in the process as possible as approvals may take up to 12 months.
• Minimum Lease 10 years

We have extensive knowledge in business, risk assessment, marketing, education and operations, to provide the support critical for space planning, construction, set-up, training, opening and first year of operation. We remain as a constant resource for operators, to ensure the continued success of the school.
